As you mentioned on the phone that you want to go library, the weather is getting cold now, you may search on internet and find one which is nearby your home.
The library website is here: www. torontopubliclibrary.ca . Click "hours & location" and you will find the map. Enter you home address and click "Search", you will find the right one.
Please noticed the open time and don't forget your library card.
